Villa Occupancy and Use

• Any occupancy or use of the Villa beyond the normal residential use must be pre-authorised by the owner.
• Prices shown are for residential occupancy purposes only. Any alternative events or additional occupancy is chargeable separately. Prices are available upon request.
• We ask that you respect the Villa and treat it as you would your own home. Please can instances of damage or breakages be reported immediately (accidental or otherwise), these may be chargeable upon the owners discretion.
• Check in time is from 14.00 on date of arrival. Check out time is before 12.00 on date of departure. Late checkout may be possible subject to availability.

Payment and Deposit

• A 30% deposit is payable upon booking and will secure your reservation. The balance is payable on your arrival date.
• The prices shown are for residential use of the entire Villa and grounds, for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. All facilities and taxes are included within the price shown.
• All prices are payment are in Euro.

Cancellation

• If booking are cancelled more than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, the full 30% deposit will be refunded.
• The 30% deposit payment is non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of arrival date.
• In case of cancellation within 20 days of arrival or no show, the full amount of the original booking will be charged.
• We urge our guest to take out Travel Insurance and can provide supporting documentation for instances of cancelled bookings. However, we will not accept payment due as a result of a cancellation from an Insurance company.

Payment and cancellation policy as included in our Terms and Conditions are applicable to all direct bookings.

• Taxes: Prices includes 13% VAT and 0.50% city tax.
• Meals: There is no meal option with this room.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request.
